Measure the width and height of the whole wall, doors and windows included. We add 4 in (10 cm) of extra wallpaper on every side, free.

What our customers ask most

How long does delivery take?

From your order to your door: about 2 weeks for wallpaper rolls, about 3 weeks for made-to-measure wall murals, and 7 to 8 weeks for hand-embroidered Atelier pieces. Delivery is free and tracked.

Will I pay customs or taxes on delivery?

No. Duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout: there is nothing more to pay when your order arrives.

Do you ship to my country?

We deliver to about 90 countries. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there, free of charge. See Shipping & delivery.

What if my wallpaper arrives damaged, faulty or too short?

Check every panel or roll as soon as it arrives, before hanging. Then write to us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos: we reprint the affected panels free of charge under our Reprint Guarantee.

Can I return a wall mural?

Wall murals and Atelier pieces are made to your measurements, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. Wallpaper rolls are final sale, except where the law gives a right of withdrawal. All details in Returns & refunds.

Can I see a design on my wall before ordering?

Yes. On every product page, use See it in your room: upload a photo of your room and see the design on your wall in a few seconds. Your photo is never kept.
