Returns & refunds

Our wallpaper is made and prepared for each order. Here is how returns work, and what we do if something is not right.

Made-to-measure products

Wall murals and Atelier pieces are made to your measurements after you order. Because they are personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If something is wrong, our Reprint Guarantee below applies.

Wallpaper rolls

Wallpaper rolls are final sale. If you live in a country where the law gives you a right of withdrawal on online purchases (for example in the European Union and the United Kingdom), you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery for rolls that are unopened and in their original packaging. Contact us at contact@thewallry.com first: we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping is at your cost.

Reprint Guarantee

We add extra wallpaper to every order: 4 in (10 cm) on every side of a mural, and the pattern match and trim margin on rolls. If your wallpaper is still too short, or arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, we reprint the affected panels or rolls free of charge, on these conditions:

  1. Check before hanging. Count, unroll and measure every panel or roll as soon as your order arrives. A panel or roll that has been hung is considered accepted.
  2. Tell us within 3 days of delivery (the delivery date shown by the tracking), at contact@thewallry.com, with your order number.
  3. Send proof: photos of all panels or rolls laid out with their numbers or labels visible, photos of the wall with a tape measure showing its width and height, and photos of any defect.
  4. Your measurements must be right: the wall must match the size you entered, within the margin we added.

Not covered: wrong measurements, cutting or hanging mistakes, damage made while hanging (tears, scratches, paste or glue stains), unsuitable or unprepared walls, humidity damage, and normal color differences between screens and print.

What we do: we reprint only the affected panels or rolls, once per order, and ship them free. We may ask you to send back the faulty items. If you measured wrong, write to us anyway: we'll reprint the missing panels at a reduced price.

This guarantee comes on top of your legal rights where you live.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Changing or cancelling an order

Write to us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel your order as long as it has not gone into production.
