Yes. Our wallpapers are made for indoor living spaces, including nurseries and kids' rooms. For rooms that see crayons and sticky hands, choose Washable: most non-permanent marks come off with a damp sponge. Permanent markers can't be removed from any wallpaper.

As with any new decor, air the room for a few days after hanging.

We photograph our designs to show them as accurately as possible, but every screen displays color a little differently, and your room's light changes how colors look through the day. If you hesitate between two colors, write to us: we'll describe them and send close-up photos.

No. Your wallpaper is printed as one continuous image, sized to your whole wall. When you hang it, you trim the paper around doors, windows and sockets with a sharp cutter.

That way the design stays aligned above and below each opening, exactly as on your preview. Subtracting the openings would break the image.

Never. We don't stretch designs: we crop them to the proportions of your wall. When you click Preview and order, you see exactly which part of the design will be on your wall, and you can move the crop.

If an important detail would fall behind a bed or a sofa, write to us and our studio will help you place it.

Walls, floors and ceilings are rarely perfectly straight. That's why we add 4 in (10 cm) on every side of your wallpaper, at no extra cost. You trim the excess at the ceiling and floor for a clean finish. You enter the exact size of your wall, and you only pay for your wall.

We print up to 32 × 32 ft (10 × 10 m) in one order. For a larger wall, a whole room or a project, write to us and we'll prepare it with you.

Yes. Our wallpaper is paste-the-wall: you apply the paste to the wall, not to the paper, then place each dry panel. No soaking, no pasting table. A second pair of hands helps on tall walls. Allow an afternoon for an average wall.

The panels are hung edge to edge, without overlap. Our papers don't shrink or stretch when hung correctly, so the seams stay tight. Take extra care with the first panel (use a level). Painting the wall in a similar tone underneath makes seams even less visible.

Smooth, clean, dry and flat interior walls. On fresh paint, wait until it's fully cured. Fill holes and cracks and sand them before hanging.

Printed in numbered vertical panels, rolled and packed in a sturdy box. Each panel is numbered in hanging order, from left to right, with the free margin around the whole design.

Yes, shipping is free. Your wallpaper is printed for you after you order and delivered in about 3 weeks, with a tracking link. You get an email at each step: order confirmed, in production, quality checked, shipped.

No. Duties and import taxes are included at checkout. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Because each wallpaper is printed to your measurements, it can't be returned or exchanged. That's why we show you a preview before you order, and why we check your measurements for free. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, don't hang it: tell us within 3 days of delivery and we reprint it free of charge.

It shouldn't happen: we add 4 in (10 cm) on every side and, for rolls, the pattern match. If it does and your measurements were right, we reprint the missing panel for free. This is our Reprint Guarantee:

• Check every panel when your order arrives, before hanging (count them, unroll them, compare their length with your wall).
• Write to us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the panels and photos of your wall with a tape measure showing its width and height.
• Your wall must match the size you entered (within the 4 in / 10 cm margin we added).

Not covered: wrong measurements, cutting or hanging mistakes, damage made while hanging (tears, scratches, paste stains), and walls that weren't prepared. If you measured wrong, write to us anyway: we'll reprint the missing panels at a reduced price.

Yes, as long as it hasn't gone into production. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number.
